1. Information You Provide

When you use AI Keyboard Corrector, you may provide text for improvement, generation, or translation, audio for transcription, and optional feedback. This content is processed to provide the requested feature.

2. Usage and Subscription Data

The service may create an anonymous session token, assigned user identifier, or device-related identifier to manage free and paid quotas, protect the service from abuse, and verify subscription status. Subscription verification may be handled through RevenueCat and the App Store. These identifiers do not contain your name or email address, but they can associate service records with the same anonymous user or device.

3. Product Usage Analytics

We store limited product usage records to understand feature adoption, improve the app, diagnose performance, and operate and secure the service. These records may include whether the keyboard extension is enabled or has been observed, whether Full Access is available, request source such as the app or keyboard, selected writing mode, tone, tone strength, situation, output language, English level, subscription plan, input and output character counts, processing duration, and timestamps. Usage records may be associated with the anonymous identifier described above.

Product usage analytics do not contain submitted text, corrected or generated text, clipboard content, audio content, or the titles and descriptions of custom tones and situations. For custom tones and situations, we may record only that a custom option was used.

We do not use this information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, for targeted advertising, or for sale to data brokers.

4. Feedback

If you send feedback, we store the feedback message and lightweight metadata needed to understand the app context. Feedback is intended to be general only. The app is not designed to include your original input text, corrected output, audio, or clipboard content in feedback.

5. Processing Providers

AI Keyboard Corrector may send submitted text or audio to third-party AI and infrastructure providers to perform improvement, generation, translation, or transcription. These providers process the content only as needed to deliver the requested feature and operate the service.

6. Logs and Diagnostics

Server logs may include operational events such as completed requests, quota checks, subscription checks, feedback saves, and rate-limit events. Logs are designed to omit user text, audio content, raw IP addresses, device fingerprints, and RevenueCat App User IDs.

7. Data Retention

We retain product usage analytics, operational records, quota information, subscription-related state, and feedback only for as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, analyze, improve, or support the service, unless a longer period is required by law. We may retain aggregated records that no longer identify an anonymous user.

8. Your Choices

You can choose not to submit text, audio, or feedback. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple account settings. You can contact support with privacy questions or deletion requests.

9. Children

AI Keyboard Corrector is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the service if you are not old enough to consent to these practices under the laws that apply to you.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
